We stopped at the Musk Ox Farm at Matanusha, Ak. These are some of the females.

One of the more tame ones.
Four 1 year old ones. They comb the Mush Ox for Qiviut which is the soft under hair that they shed each spring. The Qiviut sells for up to $1,000 per pound! It is softer and lot warmer than wool. But, anything made out of it is quite expensive.
