June 14,15,16th.

We camped in Helena and went out to visit with Fred, Terry and Brandon each day. Terry is Barbara's brother Jimmy's daughter. They live back in a beautiful area of the Belt Mountains joining Helena National Forest. They are remodeling an old log cabin. Forgot to take a picture of the cabin! The cabin is their home, it is about 30 miles out from Helena, the last 10 plus miles is dirt. Very interesting! By the way take notice of Terry's sweat shirt!
This is their new kittens Smokey and Patches.
This is Fred putting the final touches on the new bridge he constructed to cross the stream between the front yard and the dirt road out to Helena. Jake and I did some Trout population control work in this stream. Had them for supper tonight! This was the open area of the stream, the rest was tough going for us "old folks"
This is the view just up the road from their home! Worth the ride! Yesterday I actually made two round trips out as towards the end of the fishing trip I stepped off in a deep hole and lost my balance and dipped my wick! I had to make a trip into town before we had supper together to get some dry cloths. That water was COLD!
